1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a return or refund if:
The item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong product
The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Used wellness or massage devices
Items damaged due to misuse
Items returned without original packaging
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you via email
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider
4. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled
6. Late or Missing Refunds
